Obsessing over selfie 🔥

If I do your color or extensions and you are comfortable with me posting your selfies, please tag me! I love sharing sharing photos of my clients!

Proper home care is crucial for protecting the health of your natural hair and the longevity of your extensions!

Here are some rules to follow to keep your wefts looking and feeling amazing! ✨

1️⃣ Shampoo twice and make sure that you reach the beads and spine of the weft (removing any buildup from the point of attachment.)

2️⃣ Brush extensions row by row at least 3 times a day. While brushing, always start at the bottom and work your way up. Use a recommended brush!

3️⃣Always put your hair into a loose braid or low ponytail before bed or any activity that could cause tangles to occur. Use a silk pillowcase!

4️⃣Never leave your extensions wet for a long period of time, especially when going to bed! Always make sure the spine of the weft is dried completely.

5️⃣Before swimming in chlorine, always wet hair and throughly apply conditioner! This will help protect your color and prevent dryness.

6️⃣Always use recommended professional products!

7️⃣Only use mineral based sunscreens (free of Avobenzone and Octocrylene). These chemicals can cause extreme discoloration of extensions.

At every new extension client receives a home care maintenance sheet to take home so you never forget! 💕

Achieving textured/voluminous hair is all about:

⏺ Your products

I tagged all of the products I used and listed them in the order I used them! If you have fine hair, use products that will plump up your hair strand while it’s wet, and then add products with some grit while dry!

⏺ Your styling technique

Always over direct (up, and to the opposite side) your hair while blow drying! This will create volume!!!! Finish off by curling and combing out the waves, don’t forget texture spray!!!
