Hey there family. You may have seen some fire department personnel at the restaurant this week. We just wanted to let everyone know that everything is fine. There was a minor incident with a too hot kitchen towel left in the rag bin accidentally. There was no fire damage, and nobody was hurt. It just smells a touch smokey inside, but that'll be gone in a bit 😅

Thank you to everyone who reached out with concern and support. And thank you to Madison fire personnel for their responsiveness and incredible professionalism. Also the firefighters are super cool guys if you didn't know. We're blessed to be in such an incredible and supportive neighborhood.

And not to worry, we've instituted new workflows and preventative measures to prevent something like this from happening again.

Ok, look, yesterday we had one guest order one of our approximately 3 pound tomahawks and polish off the entire thing by themself....with naan. It was beautiful and inspiring.
