The Delovi collection includes creative elements from every corner of design you can imagine including mid century to modern minimalist.
Our Story
Jason and I started designing and refurbishing furniture together about a year ago when we discovered our shared love for artistic design. This was something we could spend our free time doing together after we decided we had watched every binge-worthy series on Netflix and regretfully failed at making him read a cheesy romance novel with me. We loved being able to diverge our creative-mind design to really create unique and extraordinary pieces. It was very rewarding and fulfilling but literally filling up our living room with a overwhelming amount of furniture! So, we decided to start selling the pieces the same place we found them- Facebook Market.
This was a vulnerable yet thrilling experience. Were people going to find our so called “one-of-a-kind works of art” as visually pleasing as we did? Well, someone out there always seemed to! It was exciting making a little extra cash off of something we actually enjoyed doing together and were really proud of.
As some of you may know we brought our little girl into the world early this summer and named her Hollin Delovi. Her middle name was created, just like our furniture, with a little bit of both Jason and I’s inspirations. The name Delovi was a creation of both Jason’s Grandmother Dolores and my Grandma Virgina’s names. Two women whose presence stood out from the rest as loving, strong, inspiring women. As a tribute to them and to fuel our aspirations we have dubbed our work: Delovi Designs.
