In the service industry we say, “if you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean!” So we either get busy or “look” busy! 🤣

This was too good to not share! 👌🏼

I was taking completed photos around 1:15pm today of my install from yesterday when my phone turned off because of the heat! 😳

Then I got into the car, turned my ac on full blast and 30 minutes later my phone was still over heated & wouldn’t pull up my gps. (I have 0 sense of direction & never know where I am so this was a minor problem… 🤣)

Point is we aren’t super human. If you are working outside in this heat pay attention to your body, the weather precautions on tv, take plenty of breaks & make sure you stay hydrated!! I’m glad my reminder was just my phone overheating. 🥵

Be kind to those around you.. it’s not easy working in this heat & a simple gesture goes a long way!! Thank you to everybody at Home Depot who helped me load plywood into my truck without having to ask for help!! 🥰

Nobody said it was going to be easy.

I ventured out to the North side of town to help a homeowner from a referral in TENNESSEE!! 😳

From a friend in Cypress to his Uncle in Tennessee to a friend on the North side & here I am!!

I cannot thank everyone enough who shares my info, follows me, leaves reviews & just allows me to help where I can!! Hearing people are sharing their experiences with me on something most consider a stressful experience and how pleased they were means more to me than you know!! 🥰

This homeowner called me out to do an inspection on his home to determine the condition of his roof. He said he had no damage that he could see from the ground. Little did he know he not only had storm damage but also felt paper showing through from missing shingles. 😳

I made sure to tarp the concerning areas in the meantime to protect his property until we have his adjuster meeting.

Shout out to the crews for their hard work day in and day out in this ridiculous heat we are experiencing! 🔨🪜

They work early mornings, late nights when needed, are up & down on ladders all day, fitting in repairs last minute, lifting heavy materials, working in extreme/direct heat, taking a lunch break & getting back to work. Without ever complaining!!

Without them it wouldn’t be possible for me to complete my job. I am extremely thankful for these guys & girls showing up & showing out every single time!! Thank you!!! 👏🏼

Talk about a storm 😳

My heart goes out to everybody affected by this recent storm/tornado in the Houston-Cypress-Waller area. I know first hand how bad it was & how many homes were damaged. 🪵🌪️💨
