First full exterior of the season is done! Hiked up to this Bradford lake house on Massasecum for a repeat client. It’s nice to get to work by the lake every now and again.

Painting PSA: If you don’t clean your roller nap (new or old) prior to painting, you might as well empty a dust pan directly into your paint. Make yourself look like pro and don’t cut corners to save time.

Was able to squeeze one last exterior project in before the end of the season. A little rot repair and paint for this Law Firm’s entry way in Manchester.

Part 2 for the Manchester colonial just to show the massive mahogany front porch. This house had a lot of incredible detail and it was a pleasure to bring it back to life.

Finally put the finishing touches on this incredible colonial in Manchester yesterday. Everything from lead remediation, scraping, trim and siding replacement, deck and door refinishing, and of course all of the painting. In total about 7 weeks of work to wrap up the exterior season. Started the day of with some blazing hot rot repair. Felt like 160° up there but nevertheless, we got it done.

My last day of roof work at this house, and I couldn’t be more thrilled.

Steep roofs, 3 stories up… not for the faint hearted

Probably close to ~6000 nail holes filled today. Great project in store for this month with another old colonial in Manchester.

Some work on my own house this time. Extended the entryway landing 30” and installed a much needed door to the basement. Still not totally done, but a great Saturday project nonetheless. Shoutout to one of my oldest friends, for all the help and wisdom. For anyone in the lakes region, he is the guy. Quick, efficient, and provides the quality you want and need.

Just added grout repair to my list of things I’ll do for my customers.

Replaced the decking on these front steps to cap off this porch in Bedford. The mahogany looks incredible.

Killer coat of Moonlit Mahogany from Cabot after some pretty arduous prep work. My back and knees would also say this was killer, but damn this porch looks good.

Breaking out all the stops for this front porch. First a power wash, wire brush to get in between all the seams, and a sanding. Mahogany stain coming next

Just a few more from this awesome 1765 colonial. Some repairs and a couple of 200yr old nails. Very cool project but happy to be finished and moving on to the next one!

What a privilege it is, to be able to work on a house that’s been here since the United States was just called “America”. From 1765, easily one of the oldest I’ve ever worked on. With age, comes a LOT of prep work but the results are always worth it. Here’s to keeping the centuries alive!

Just an absolute top tier mail day for ColorPro feat . New power tools AND new shirts to make sure I look good while using said power tools! 12” miter saw to fulfill all your trim replacement dreams.

Tackled some wallpaper removal and freshened up this first floor with all white everything, with the exception of a few accent walls. A subtle pink helped break up this white wash.

A little TLC goes a long way. Spent a day reviving these old shutters in Bedford last week. More to come from this house later this summer.

Spent the last ~6wks updating this awesome house in Bedford with a cabinet and color upgrade. Just a natural oak cabinet with a good satin poly finish, and La Paloma Gray from . Awesome products leads to awesome finishes.

Starting the new year with a great vaulted ceiling transformation in this master bed in Bedford. No more dirty popcorn with the addition of an awesome accent wall. Gray Stone from PPG on the accent, and Tornado from PPG on the rest of the walls. This will go perfectly with their newly renovated master bath.
