‘Present’ – of the moment, occurring now. Throw the song against the wall for 3 takes and see what sticks. That’s the motto of The Wood Floors and by now the wall is dripping with ear-catching, raw, fiery, sonic goo.
‘Present’ – to show or offer. Chris, Eric and Jim offer up quite a show of songs from dark acoustics, pop-sloppy punkers, and alt-rock shimmers that throw a carnival of rock n’ roll shadows against the wall. Sit back and hear the images twist and parade from the unearthly glow backing them.
‘Present’ – to hold out or aim. It’s a shot of originality in an era of construed sounds and samples. This is a shot of rock n’ roll that burns like it’s from a moonshine still but has a relaxing beer backer. Time to partake from the intoxicating swill from its b***y cup.
