Manifestation is a big word you may hear thrown around these days, but what does it really mean? In many ways it means speaking or visualizing something into existence, or following specific intentions in your life that result in the realization of your goals. The research behind manifestation suggests that if we truly believe we can achieve something, we are willing to do the hard work to achieve it. Engaging in exercises grounded in positive thinking leads to positive actions and behaviors, all of which make you closer to achieving your goals. To get you started, I've put together some simple methods that can help you begin to manifest the things you want in life. You've got this!โจ
Take a deep breath today and accept a moment's peace, even if that moment is only a few deep breaths. Little frustrations that are out of your control are nothing but distractions. I want to encourage you today to take control of your emotions and hold on to simple joys despite the distractions around you. ๐
Wellness isn't a singular idea, but one that looks different for every individual and in every part of your life. I've broken up wellness into six key facets that you can look at and identify with. What does wellness look like in your life? Where can you create focus and balance?
We can never be sure what lessons there are to be learned as we begin a journey. While some lessons are fun and easy to learn, others come from difficult circumstances. Sometimes however, these challenging lessons can benefit us the most. Regardless of how difficult things may seem, itโs important to trust that something very important is being revealed to you and that this journey will be worthwhile. ๐ค
Anger is a powerful emotion, one that can fuel us, but also burns us out. Did you know that too much anger can have lasting effects on our physical bodies? This is why it's so important to invest in self-care that helps you maintain healthy control over your strong emotions. Anger is just one emotion I help my clients address and release from their past using Timeline Therapy.ยฎ Of course, we all need to feel anger and other negative emotions from time to time as human beings, but we donโt need to carry all the baggage of the past into the present and the future. Upon completion, clients report feeling lighter, more at peace, and free to move forward in a way that best represents the life they want to live. We can all use more of that! ๐
During times of healing, we can't expect to see results overnight. In fact, it is good to embrace all of the emotions that can come along with grief as a means of recognizing them and letting them go. Allow the healing you're working towards to come in waves, where sometimes it washes over you and other times recedes. Part of loving yourself in these challenging times is knowing what you need to feel loved and supported through it all. Take it as it comes, itโs all part of the process of healing for us all. ๐
When we're stressed, our anxiety would like us to believe that there is no way out. However, by practicing techniques like STOP, we can ground ourselves and take a breather, often clearing our minds and allowing us to view our problems from a new perspective. This type of approach is helpful if you're prone to overthinking and feel easily overwhelmed. May you live in peace and love. ๐
Small moments of joy aren't difficult to find, but certain sources can have harmful consequences overtime. I encourage you to think of the impact these small hits of dopamine are having towards getting you to your highest good and living the life you deserve. ๐ค
Is there any behavior you find yourself engaging in constantly when you're stressed? Maybe you snack endlessly when you're nervous, or you try to distract yourself by scrolling online for hours upon hours. Once these compulsive behaviors are formed, they're difficult to stop because of the small bit of relief we get when we do them, but in the long run they do not serve us or lift our spirits. So what can be done? Identifying which of your habits might fall into a cycle of compulsion is a great first step, followed by redirecting your stress into something more productive. The human body is a marvel, and we are still learning so much about it. The brain and gut are two of our bodies' most interesting connections. Learning how we are made up of many parts is important for understanding how the whole works, and for incorporating healthy habits into our lives that will last. โพ
Shame and guilt are two very similar feelings with very different causes and consequences. Sometimes, we may think that we are struggling with guilt, when in reality we are facing shame and need to overcome decisions we made about ourselves to move forward. How well do you know the difference between these two feelings in your own life? Learning to face your struggles and shortcomings is the first step towards making peace with them. We are all worthy of happiness, grace and forgiveness. ๐
The key to living with purpose involves combining what brings you joy, what you are naturally good at, and things you enjoy spending time on to achieve a larger goal than your personal interest. I've always felt drawn towards helping others, and while thatโs always been reflected in some ways throughout my life, I've found a way to fulfill my purpose every day by helping my clients fulfill theirs.

I've created a small list of practical ways to jumpstart new habits by looking at what you want to change and taking things one step at a time. Start small and work towards bigger things. No change is too minimal when it comes to creating your healthiest life. ๐
Affirmations hold power, which is why it's so important to create a habit of positive and uplifting self-talk. These affirmations will help you attract abundance in all its forms, revert negative internal messages and motivate yourself. As we work on ourselves and push ourselves to grow, it's common to feel frustrated by old habits or beliefs that make it hard to advance. Anxiety can be one of the biggest roadblocks we face as we try to grow. Yet letting our fear stop us from making a choice can sometimes be worse for us in the end than making no choice at all. While it's good to assess the benefits and risks of decisions, we can't allow ourselves to become trapped by our own overthinking. Take comfort knowing you can trust your decision to always give you the feedback you need to continue to move forward towards your goal. A solution either works, or you can always rely on your ability to make small adjustments along the way to keep it on track. No need to fear, as the feedback is always of value and there is always a way. ๐ค
How can you bring more joy to your life today? Only you know the right answer for you. I encourage you to make time for the things you enjoy, have fun, relax, and don't stress about the small stuff. A conscious effort to do more of the things that make you happy can transform the way you walk through life. ๐ฃ
One of the most freeing reminders I believe we can give ourselves is that love is not an excuse for mistreatment. It's not a life sentence of people-pleasing or a band-aid for personal trauma. Love is a wonderful addition to a life that is already full and complete by being yours, and you deserve to maintain personal preferences, spend time alone, and disagree with those you love. Catching yourself before falling into a cycle of allowing yourself to be taken advantage of, even unintentionally, is key to keeping yourself and your relationships as healthy as possible. ๐ค
Did you know that journaling has proven scientific benefits? According to a study done by the American Psychological Association, writing for just 20 minutes a day can help you with chronic pain, stress levels, trauma, anxiety and more. Keeping a journal doesn't have to be a rigorous routine that follows a specific format, but rather can be fluid, written when and where you see fit, and in any format that makes sense to you. I recommend journaling to my clients to encourage balance and healing in all areas of their lives. ๐ค
Neuroplasticity represents your brain's ability to grow and reorganize in response to different experiences. Every day, our positive and negative experiences shape the way our brain perceives the world. This can be a source of frustration when trying to break negative habits or grow from trauma, but it also means that there is no limit to the amount of times we can rewire our neural pathways. We have the ability to physically change our perception of life through meditation, hypnosis, therapy, visualization, affirmations, and more. Anything we learn can be unlearned, and we always have the ability to learn a new habit or way of being. This is just another example of the ways that spiritual practices overlap with science in truly beautiful ways. โจ

When we are stressed, anxious, or uncertain about our circumstances, it's only natural that we begin to grab onto anything that we feel can ground us. Perhaps something physical, emotional or spiritual. This is a helpful exercise at the moment, however it rarely sustains us long term. It is only through personal growth and persistence that we can learn more about ourselves and what we need to do when we are feeling vulnerable. The more we learn about ourselves and others, the less we need to carry with us, and the more free we become. โจ
Although life can be unpredictable, YOU have the power to make the changes you want for yourself. There is no need to hesitate until everything feels โjust right,โ as change usually involves levels of discomfort. Each day, you have the opportunity to take steps toward achieving the life you desire with purpose and see it become a reality. It only takes action for you to unlock your enormous potential! ๐
When we constantly talk negatively to ourselves, those thoughts begin to pile up and become like second nature. Eventually, we have a hard time thinking positively at all. Today I want you to take a moment to consider the ways you speak about yourself and your situation. Are those words limiting you or motivating you? I want to challenge you to replace one negative thought with a positive one. It's amazing how much of a difference a small adjustment like this can make. โจ
In the midst of hardships it can be hard to see any sort of silver lining. However, your adversities have shaped you and brought you to where you are today. The problems you are facing now will not last forever and are going to leave you stronger than they found you. Surrender, trust and connect to positive learnings that will take you forward into a deeper place of peace and understanding. ๐ค
Let courage be your key to the gateway of your growth. ๐ We all must open new doors and take risks to experience the fullness of life, and there is never a wrong time to start something new and discover new possibilities. ๐ค
