Last night at Porto was truly magical! 🌙✨ We had the incredible Delia Hogan joining our wonderful teacher Katie Riley on sound bowls and gong for a warm yin session under the Buck Full Moon. 🦌This moon, named for the time when male bucks grow their antlers, symbolizes growth, transformation, and overcoming challenges. It’s all about inner strength and vitality, preparing us for success. July’s full moon has many names, including the Salmon Moon, Thunder Moon, Hay Moon, Midsummer Moon, Ripe Corn Moon, and Herb Moon. This year’s Buck Moon is extra special as it marks the 55th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. 🚀 No matter what you call it, this full moon offers a chance for transformation and manifestation for everyone. A big thank you to everyone who attended and to Delia, whose vibrations truly uplifted and supported our souls. With each breath we took, “one small step for man, one giant leap for all mankind.” 🙏❤️👨🚀

As we gear up for Maui in August, we can’t help but reminisce about our unforgettable 2018 getaway on Oahu. Greg and Justin had just completed their epic cross-country journey from New York to LA, unaware that THREE STUDIOS were in their near future. It was a pre-pandemic world, and none of us could have imagined the years ahead. But we weren’t focused on the future—we were present in the moment. We laughed, enjoyed each other’s company, and forged friendships and memories to last a lifetime. Cheers to the new adventures and memories we’ll soon create in Hana in 2024! We cannot wait to bring a new group of adventurers to Maui in just under two months. There’s still space on our retreat from August 11-17th at the Hyatt-Hana Resort, but be sure to hop in soon! This past Saturday, we gathered at El Porto for a truly transformative Ecstatic Dance Experience. A heartfelt thank you to Andi and Paresh for their incredible work in clearing our chakras and setting us free to embark on a musical journey through the elements. We flowed through the grounding energy of earth, the fluidity of water, the passionate intensity of fire, and the expansive freedom of air. Each element guided us through a range of experiences, from the raw power of animals to the compassionate essence of humanity, and finally, to the divine grace of angels. We moved through the cycles of birth, death, and rebirth, embracing the full spectrum of life in a dance that was as spiritual as it was physical. The energy in the room was palpable, filled with love, connection, and ecstatic joy. It. Was. Ecstatic. And filled with lots of love!
