Fresh Eats And Sweet Treats

Thanks Ashland and Bendon Publishing for being so kind!! I truly appreciate all who weathered the pesky rain. I only came home with 6 chocolate chip muffins and some of the chocolate chip cookies. I started with 2 dozen of each of the muffins and the cinnamon rolls with frosting. Appreciate all that came to FEAST with me!

Today was definitely bittersweet. I'm no longer the owner of a food trailer. I sold it to a very nice couple from Pickerington. They plan to set up at one location and sell pizza and coffee all year round. I actually got to pull it one last time and park it for them. We took some pictures together and I also have one from the other day that I took for old time's sake. It was taken shortly after I finished taking off the wrap. Yes, I was a little sad.

I thank God for this journey, the ability to realize a 25-year dream, and finding my purpose in life. Teaching is definitely my niche. They say “To give a man a fish you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime” - Lao Tzu
As much as I enjoyed feeding/serving my customers, I love teaching my students how to feed themselves for their lifetime and beyond. Touching their lives means the world to me.

I pray that the new owners have a long and very successful business. It was an interesting and challenging, but fun, ride while it lasted. Thanks to all my loyal patrons and fan base that came to FEAST with me! You are appreciated more than you'll ever know. ❤️ I'll cherish these memories.

Super excited for the menu in the morning. I'm featuring scratch-made cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting made with my Grandma Owen's potato roll recipe. I'll also have pumpkin crunch muffins with a sweet maple glaze drizzled on top, chunky apple cake with walnuts and a caramel glaze, chocolate chip, and peanut butter cookies. There will be ham and Swiss wraps and an assortment of chips available for those not interested in breakfast sweets. Hope you can come FEAST with the "Sweet" gals.

Thanks to all that braved the rain and were willing to wait in line. You really showed this gal some love and appreciation at the 2nd Annual Shovel City Drinkery Disc Golf Classic. Thanks for your patronage. It is greatly appreciated!! Looking forward to coming back to Marion again.

Had an interesting time parking this evening, but I'm all set up at The Phoenix Brewing Company until 8:00 PM (or while supplies last). Come enjoy a grazing box, a FEAST meal, an ice cream cookie sandwich, or other fresh eats and sweet treats.

Now that school is out for the summer, my events will be starting real soon. I'm happy to announce my June dates and locations:

6/2 - The Phoenix Brewing Company from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

6/9 - On Third Street near the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library for Richlandopoly with Haring Realty from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

6/11 - The Phoenix Brewing Company from 11:30 to 2:30 and 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

6/16 - The Phoenix Brewing Company from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

6/17 - Fox Winery from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

You can expect to see some of the items previously on my menu, such as potachos, wraps, salads, side dishes, soups, and fresh-made desserts. There will also be some new items on the menu. Hope to see you soon!

Happy to say Fresh Eats And Sweet Treats has passed the RPH inspection, and the food license will soon be issued for the 2022 season. Stayed tuned for upcoming events.
