We have to not shy away from the help that’s out here because the trauma is a real thing. We must talk about it to someone and get the pain out. The hurt will take time. 2-year-old boy shot in face in Minneapolis A 2-year-old boy is in critical but stable condition Monday morning after he was shot in the face while staying with a family member in Minneapolis.

We stand in solidarity with Breonna’s family !!! Please help us honor the life and legacy of Breonna Taylor who was tragically killed in her own home by Louisville Metro Police Department. Yesterday Deshaun Hill was laid to rest. A beautiful soul, honor roll student, North polars QB1. A friend, a lover of all, a son, nephew, cousin. Proclamation has been made for March 13th WILL BE DHILL DAY! There is also a scholarship foundation which will be for North high students. Dhill’s legacy!!!

The sun rose today.
It didn’t feel like it should but it did.
The sun rose and paused for a second.

As we walked in from the cold, up the stairs, past the tributes, in the quiet sadness, through the skyway, and looked up.
We saw the sun.
And were reminded.
