Local pizza chef and 2x Food Network Winner Joshua Hedquist made a surprise visit to the Bear Paw Pizza Truck a few weeks back! 🙌 As part of his new series, he’s been traveling around the Twin Cities reviewing local pizza joints, giving a refreshing perspective from a pizza chefs POV. Joshua owns Joey Meatballs and OG ZAZA, so you could say he knows a thing or two about great pies.
