Every year June at HSMN brings excitement to see how we celebrate our annual event. This 18th annual year was incredible, to feel the divine experience of the chardham. For the food team it meant preparing food from the regions of the respective dhams. June highlights: - Chardham - bringing the magic of Indian cuisine - Executive team members cooking and serving lunch - Food prepared and served to the Senior Enrichment services and one wedding Odia food committee came together to prepare the food as it is prepared in Puri. And what a feast we had. You may have seen the videos. The team that cooked on Saturday was preparing food for a 15th year in a row. Their dedication is truly worth celebrating. Saturday night a group of volunteers bandied together and prepared the food with Gujarati and Rajasthani cuisine. Sunday lunch was prepared by one family with devotion. Shout out to this month’s food sponsors Rockstar MN families, Richa Kohli family and friends, Puneet Goyal and family, Srinivasa group, Brindha Karthik and family and the Jain community of Minnesota (JCM) who served their annual food.
