The Ventnor City Block Party is TOMORROW, Saturday May 11, 10am-5pm!

🎶We have a fantastic day of music, food, kids’ activities, and shopping planned for you on Ventnor Ave from Troy to Portland! 🍔🎨

✨Here are a few things you need to know✨

🌤️ Weather:
We’ve communicated with our trusted meteorologist, and they have told us the show will go on tomorrow! Expect temperatures to rise from the 50s to low 60s. While a few sprinkles are possible, we also expect pockets of sun and fresh ocean air! Dress in layers!

🚘 Parking and street closures:
Ventnor Ave will be closed 5am to 7pm from Troy to Portland aves. If you live or work in this area, please plan on removing your car by 5am Saturday morning.

🚲 Bikes/skateboards/scooters:
We encourage those who can, to bike to the block party. However, please plan on locking up your bikes! Only feet are permitted to tread the ground through the block party venue. Skateboards, bikes, scooters, anything on wheels, need to be dismounted and walked or locked up. Exceptions are wheelchairs and other medically required devices for those who need them. (This same rule will apply to the Ventnor City Sunset at Ski Beach and Ventnor City Summer Beach Jam concert series).

🍻Alcohol consumption:
For the duration of the block party, open consumption of purchased beverages from Nucky’s air stream and Santucci’s beer garden is permitted on Ventnor Ave within the vicinity of the block party ONLY (Troy to Portland Aves) to those 21 and over. Everyone MUST wear a wristband, and ONLY beverages purchased from our vendors are permitted. These rules apply to ALL with no exceptions, and will be strongly enforced.

🎡 Kids’ activities:
Many thank you’s to the Ventnor Home and School Association for volunteering to run the kids’ section, located on New Haven Ave!
Wristbands are $15 for the day. This price is applicable whether purchased at the beginning or end of day. Proceeds from wristband sales go directly to VHSA and Ventnor City Special Events. Wristbands are not required for RC Car racing.
