Alright friends… it’s official!!!
I’m now taking Reiki Healing clients at Rejuvenation Destination LLC here in town!! 🎉

It’s the perfect way to celebrate being a Usui Level 1 Practitioner for one whole year now!!
I’m so excited to be expanding this side of my business and to continue growing on this healing journey!! 🤗

If you’re not familiar with the practice of Reiki stayed tuned here and I’ll share more info about it in the upcoming days and weeks. I also have ’Is Reiki ‘Wright’ for Me?’ calls open to learn more, so feel free to book one of those.

I’m definitely feeling an energy shift in this new year and I’m loving it.

What’s been normal for me for about the past 7-8 years is that I strongly dislike being in the gym around the new year. Personally I stopped making resolutions years ago under the belief that they are more likely to set you up for failure than success.

2023 is hitting different though…. I’m excited to be in the gym this week and connect with my community there. Hear what they have planned for the year and focus on my set goals like I would any other month, week or day of the year. I even got myself a new piece of equipment for personal use with a gift card I received for Christmas 🤗, which is unheard of since starting my own wellness business.

This shift is coming from knowing that I cannot change the habits I want to change without changing the beliefs behind them.

Knowing that I can love everything about myself and still want to make changes, and grow and learn more!

Here’s to doing the inner work this year!! Making the belief changes to create the habits and growth. It will be a challenge and I’m here for it!! 💪🏼
