🌟 Today marks the start of Volunteer Appreciation Week! To kick things off, we wanted to introduce you to Steve Amos, a dedicated volunteer since 2006, and also our new Community Engagement Coordinator! During his 17 years as a volunteer at CCAS, Steve founded the Running Dog Program in 2015. It's a program that provides physical enrichment for our shelter dogs through off-site outings (such as the Pleasant Hill Turkey Trot)— and it remains successful to this day 👏 Thank you to Steve and all our wonderful volunteers for being the heart of our community, and for all the wagging tails and purrs you help create!
