This is a new plan, called The Monica. It packs so much into 2,400 square feet! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, second floor laundry, large master suite with walk in closet, soaking tub and walk in shower. Large walk in pantry with small appliance storage and HIS and HERS separate home offices! These could also be used as bedrooms since they both have large windows and closets .

We installed tile floors in kitchen, master and half baths and laundry room. We also installed tile backsplash in the kitchen.

So excited to be able to share this beautiful ranch home! The homeowner has created a gorgeous space and we are so thankful to be able to share their exceptional interior designs. Just finished up this beautiful home in the country for some great homeowners! They created a stunning home using new and unique antique items: lighting, mirrors, corbels, even an old dresser converted to a sink vanity! There was an existing shed on the property that became their “shed lap” for island front and custom coat benches in the laundry room! This ranch plan offers open concept living, with 2-3 bedrooms ( these owners opted to turn one of the bedrooms into a study with a set of French doors) and 2 full bathrooms. Spacious master suite with access to the laundry room from master closet as well as the mudroom. This new ranch plan is not only spacious but very affordable to build!
