Happy International Women’s Day from Source Medical Aesthetics! 💓

🙏🏻Gratitude Post🙏🏻…I don’t often post before and after pics of my weight loss “journey”, partly because I’m still working on it, partly because it’s cringey to post pics of myself 🤪…but it’s my 45th birthday 🥳so here it goes…. I’ve been reflecting these last few months on what’s important in this life- having lost a very dear friend recently puts things in perspective- health is truly wealth!!❤️…I’m beyond grateful to have a beautiful family, loving husband and amazing, supportive friends!! It’s been 3 years, almost to the date, that I decided to make my HEALTH a priority- and stick with it ( the hardest part 😜) I am 55 lbs down and feeling better than I have in decades- physically and emotionally. 🙏🏻I couldn’t have done it without the continued support of family, friends, my family and my favorite home away from home, and some of their super talented trainers/ nutritionists along the way-most recently, drill sergeant, 🫡- I still have a lot of work to do, but I am PROUD of this 45 year old body and I can’t wait to see what challenges and surprises the year ahead has in store! Let’s GO!!! 🏋🏻‍♂️🥳🎂
