Children often don’t know when they have an eye issue. They think what they see is normal, which is why we need to keep an eye out for warning signs.
Let's start the day with a stretch and exercise routine. There could never be a #supplement or pill that’s powerful enough to replace all of the #health benefits of #exercise. Exercise is a big deal when it comes to your health & well-being.
Research shows allowing children to choose what & how they eat promotes positive eating habits. Teach them about #healthyfoods. Let them shop w/ you. Get them involved in gardening.
2014 meta-analysis showed that drinking 3+ cups of #tea of any type is linked w/a lower risk of type 2 #diabetes. Other studies show that #greentea improves blood #sugar control. Skip the added sugar though! (The Journal of Family Practice)
