This sweet little home got a much needed facelift. Closing in the carport created symmetry as well as additional living space. It sits on a private 1 acre lot, now available for rent in Denver NC!

We took this home from sad and dark to warm and inviting.

One thing you should always invest in is quality plumbing fixtures. Cheap fixtures will fail quickly but when you invest in quality pieces they’ll last the test of time and make the space feel much more luxurious.

I finally got an updated headshot so let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Morgan Watson, I own and run Ivory Interiors Co, an interior design firm focusing primarily on residential projects in the greater Charlotte area. I’m a firm believer in your outside living space should be just as beautiful and functional as inside! This installation included a raised planting bed made out of boulders along the entire perimeter, custom fence, kitchenette, gas fireplace, landscape lighting, & custom pergola. No one ever regrets a little kitchen refresh! Not every reno has to be a complete gut. New countertops, backsplash, lighting, and paint completely transformed this space from traditional and builder grade to sleek and masculine!
