The company name ? People have asked me, how did you come up with Kylian Services? Very simple. I work for two reasons first is to provide for my family the second is because I enjoy the construction industry. My Family consist of my Bride of 23 years Kimberly and our two wonderful children Ian and Kylie. te simple answer is combining Kylie and Ian into one name, thus you have the business name Kylian. also thanks to the talents of Kasey Loomer the kids silhouette placed at the top of the logo is actually our kids.

Structural Renovations to Existing Deck/Porch

General information
Tenant improvements: Acting on behalf of the owner we will provide project supervision and guidance on all aspects of interior renovations and restacks.
Construction management: As a team member we will help to reduce exposure to risk during the construction process, trace schedule and budget cost to insure project closes out as expected.
Multisite management: Teaming as a trusted advisor we will develop track and report all aspects of multiple site location improvements for facility re-branding, signage and site upgrades.
Schedule Development: Providing a schedule that communicates the intent of the project is our responsibility. We will work with all trades and develop a schedule with sound truthful logic that is easy to understand.
Cost analysis: As a service provider we will work with owner and design teams to provide and manage a realistic budget in order to track cost during the design phase.
