It's been pretty busy with Humana lately, we seem to be everywhere, Kannapolis Cannon Ballers baseball games, Foxfire Winter Senior bowling league opening day, stop by CenterWell Home Health and I was out yesterday with the VA Live event for Mecklenburg County.

What a great time last night at the Cornelius Parks and Recreation's Symphony in the Park and Firework Show. There must have been 9,000+ people there to hear the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, they sounded outstanding in the massive outdoor amphitheater.

Cabarrus County Senior Games 2022 Track and Field Events this morning is going awesome, All these athletes are super inspirational and motivating, for their friends, family, and the community.

What an awesome time this morning at Foxfire Lanes at the Cabarrus County 2022 Senior Games Singles Bowling Event. Come out and watch them for the Doubles Event Thursday April 21st. at 9:30AM. These guys are amazing bowlers.

2022 Senior Health and Wellness Expo at the Cabarrus Arena and Event Center went great yesterday, hundreds of seniors getting great Health and Wellness information from over 85+ vendors. Make sure to mark your calendars for next year's 2023 Expo March 8th 2023 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. see you next year 😉

Looks like we might be getting some snow ❄️🌨️ again Friday afternoon into Saturday in the surrounding area. Please remember to be extremely cautious and mindful of slips and falls. That reminds me I teach a Humana educational class on that very subject, let me know your interest on a possible virtual class 😉

On a personal note so proud of my son Travis. He has lived with autism for his whole 20 years and has accomplished so much so far. I can't wait to see what's next.

This shoutout from goes out to Travis! Travis has been with us officially for 3 months, but has been volunteering with us for a while💪🏼. Travis, at 20 years old, has lived with autism his whole life but is determined to set an example and let nothing hold him down. You can find Travis keeping you safe by sanitizing bowling balls 🎳, the arcade 🎮🕹, and other parts of the facility 3️⃣ days a week. Travis loves bowling and is pretty darn good at it 😉, and he also loves our Space Invaders game 🛸🚀! Make sure you say hello 👋🏼 to him next time you visit— he's always got a smile on his face just for you😁.

Beautiful day at the ballpark yesterday. Make sure to come out and join me every Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. for the Humana and Kannapolis Cannon Ballers Walk Cabarrus walking group, it's a lot of fun, help the county get to its goal of 2 billion steps, last time I looked we were at about 400 million steps 😉

Hey Humana Facebook Friends, meet my awesome son Travis. Travis will be 20 years old in a few weeks, and has lived with autism his whole life. He's excited and thankful for the vaccine. We are at Bank of America Stadium today in Charlotte for the Atrium Johnson & Johnson, one and done, vaccination event. Super easy in and out, parking was great, very little wait time, very organized and professional.

Hello everyone, getting a few questions about the 2021 Cabarrus Senior Games... YES IT IS ON!!! It will look a little different due to COVID but should be a blast. Dates: April 19 - May 27, 2021. Humana is proud to be sponsoring it yet again!!! I had a chance to touch base with the Local Coordinator, Susan Donaldson at the Cabarrus Co Active Living & Parks Dept. yesterday, giving her Cool Humana Masks and Green Humana Bags for all Cabarrus Senior Game Participants.
