Our team had an incredible experience attending the State of Education and Industry event this week hosted by RGV LEAD - Rio Grande Valley Linking Economic and Academic Development. We were inspired by the insightful discussions from expert panelists in the fields of Business/Automotive, Precision Manufacturing, and Mechatronics. 🛠️🚗⚙️

The panelists shared how they are collaborating to educate students and parents about the amazing opportunities available. Their goal is to help the youth graduate with valuable credentials or work experience, enabling them to enter the workforce with high paying jobs right after graduation. 💼🎓💵

We also delved into the fascinating topic of Space Exploration and the Future with insights from SpaceX. 🌌🚀 The possibilities are truly out of this world!

We're excited to bring back all this knowledge and look forward to applying it in our ongoing efforts to support and empower our community's future leaders.

They delved into the incredible benefits and eye-opening statistics surrounding individuals with disabilities and apprenticeships. It was truly enlightening to see the positive impact these opportunities have on empowering and uplifting our community!
We also shared updates on upcoming events and brainstormed collaborative strategies to ensure the success of students with disabilities in the workforce and post-secondary education. Together, we are committed to creating inclusive pathways that lead to fulfilling and prosperous futures for all. 💪💼🎓
