I think one of most difficult things to do in business is to be honest with yourself especially when you fall hard. You can’t do anything about the past but you can strive to learn from your mistakes, don’t kick yourself too hard because you fell. Get up and keep trying. Keep doing. Realize where you went wrong and correct it. If God blesses your continued efforts allowing you to become financially independent and your business is thriving, reach back and seek out the people who were a part of your journey and bless them as their efforts once blessed yours. It’s embarrassing when you fall but you don’t stay down forever! Just my journey and my opinion. for with your help, they will become stronger and bigger!

Some people keep asking me why I pray so much? I remember when prayer was coming from their mouths when they didn’t have an apt or a house, car(s), in and out of jail praying the Judge didn’t throw the book at them and put them away for 5 to 10 years and yes each of them have families.

I remember when their stomachs were on the gate and they came to my door hoping and praying I had some money for them…wiling to work hours on end to get whatever amount they could because they were broke. Money from the same small businesses many said was a joke. They were so nice saying “Thank you Jesus bro! If you ever need me…” Now that they’re on their feet, they won’t even offer me a glass of water. It’s ok. God is providing the right people, places and things to help me. I depend on Him. I remember each time He saves me from myself thus I act accordingly.

I could post funny memes at 1AM but instead, I’m utilizing the investments and opportunities given to me as well as every ounce of my creativity to remain a relevant fixture in this highly competitive Industry. Letting people everywhere know that we are here and serious about bringing quality products and merchandise to your table. Even if I have to become an army of one to get the job(s) done, so be it! I taught myself EVERYTHING. I’m in my own lane. I gave so much and lost even more. Yet I’m still following examples shown to me by those greater than me: persistence, discipline, loyalty, honor, respect, integrity and hard work. I get laughed at a lot for having such a work ethic but that’s what drew people to me. I’ll never stoop to disrespect anyone just for a dollar. That’s not how I roll.
