I never knew what my future held. I thought I’d be in the food service industry for life cause it was all I had ever done. Being a server DEFINITELY did not serve me. Dude, I was forced to learn how to put on makeup at my last job.🤷🏻‍♀️ And even becoming a stay at home mom, as big of a blessing as it has been, I simply wanted more.
Coaching gave me that.💜 Coaching was the answer to my prayers. It was something I never knew I’d be passionate about. But I DID know I wanted to serve others in a way that ALSO served me and my family. It didn’t just teach me to be disciplined in my fitness. It taught me to be disciplined in ALL areas of my life. And don’t get the impression that what I do is easy. I work fu***ng hard and challenge myself daily. But as it turns out, this is the life I’ve always dreamed of.✨ Being able to design my life plan MY way. This is the hardest, but most fulfilling decision I’ve ever made.🙌🏼
The best part is I get to be ME. I’m not your cookie cutter girl. I listen to punk rock 🎶 and love skateboarding 🛹 more than anything else, and I’m GOOD at what I do. You can be anything you want. Own it. But don’t forget to challenge yourself and follow your dreams. No more limiting yourself. And hey, I’m just one message away from seeing if your life can change like mine did. I’m proud of myself!!! With school starting I’ve been able to work back into a structured routine. Did you know it’s possible to be a spontaneous little free bird and still thrive on structure?
As fun as my summer was, it was all over the place and I’m happy with my routine.
Today’s guided meditation reminded me that WE create our reality. We are in full control. It reminded me why I decided to make fitness my business. Working my biz from my home, setting new goals and working with my team, with part time hours while being a full time mom and skating my days away here and there. It’s a reality I never thought I’d have.

I missed yesterday, but that’s okay I’m sure you all saw what I had to say about it in my stories.
I may not be the same person I was two years ago (although yeah I sure am beautiful in both photos), but the reality is that THAT person I was, was the one who made the decision to try.
The one who saw someone sharing her story on what coaching had done for her that allowed her to get in shape, make a secondary income, and later quit her job and work from home with her now 3 babies... and inquired.
Who was so desperate to be as happy as she was with her life and health that she made the commitment in an instant. I’ve come to find that that’s the part that scares people the most. Not the investment itself, but the level of commitment that comes with that investment.
But if you don’t bet on yourself, no one will. How many times have I told you all that your whole life can change with one decision to try? But that’s how the mind works. Sometimes you need to hear something over and over again to realize that it’s true and realize that you ARE capable of reaching the goals you want.
Now health and fitness are my life. And I help others make it their life. I help others find the confidence I found. The money, that’s a bonus. But it makes it possible for me to pour into my clients and my team. Don’t think you can do it? Neither did I. Take the bet. You just might win.

Taking care of yourself is part of taking care of your kids. 🌸
I’ve had what feels like one of the busiest weeks of my life. BUT I’m still here and ain’t no quit in me cause why tf would I quit doing something that makes me feel amazing? ⚡️
Wrapping up phase 1 this weekend and I’m still enrolling people for my next wave/bootcamp which starts end of the month if you want to learn how to have fun while reaching your fitness goals. 💪🏼
I love what my girls are all saying about it. They’re improving flexibility, they actually have time since the workouts are short, and it hasn’t gotten boring once! I love that I’m not just seeing results (cause I always get results when I start new programs) but so is my girl gang! It feels like 50% of the things I do these days are things I never used to even think about doing.
Meditation? How boring 😴
Scheduling my days/weeks/months? Nah I’m too spontaneous for that 🙅🏻‍♀️
Fitness? sounds awful 🤢
Listening to podcasts? What for? 🤨
When I first started coaching, I was told to do these things. Now I couldn’t imagine my life without them.✨
Because of all of this I was recently reminded to slow down. My confidence skyrocketed when I began this journey and I legit thought I could do anything and everything. I’d fill up my calendar and forget to fill up my cup.
All summer I’ve been stressed and filled with anxiety and worry and honestly I legit feel a million times better just from taking even an hour for self care today and planning the rest, and I really don’t think these things would even cross my mind had I not done the things required of me as a coach. It’s yet another reason I’m so grateful to live this life.🌸 And I don’t share all these things just so you can see how I’ve benefited. I show it so you can see what doing these things can do for YOU. to be open to trying new things. Theres no magic secret. There’s just consistency and support. If I can turn my life around, so can you. 💛

Jocelyn’s first day of 2nd grade!! 💛✌🏼She was so excited she could barely sleep and it makes my heart so happy that she loves school that much cause I’m not ashamed to admit that I love her being in school that much too 🤣🙈🤪 I’ve never lived in a town that had elementary school separate from intermediate. It’s weird but it’s cool! She’s not in elementary school anymore! First day at the big kid school. She’s just happy it has stairs haha did your school have elementary AND intermediate too?! Or was it like mine — just elementary before middle school 🙃

I talked about this in my stories today, but I feel so strongly about it that I honestly think it deserves its own post for
I love what I do and I’m sure you all know that. But every point of my journey has not all been the same. I hated fitness so much in the beginning that I ALWAYS said, “if I could just x y or z I would be happy.”
If I could get back to a size 0
If I could have a thin waist and a bigger butt
If I just got back down to 115...
And at each point of my journey there has been someone who thought I was too skinny, or not as lean as I was before, or whatever the case may be. Always something.
But I LEARNED and continue to learn how to love myself. How amazing it is to have a goal and push yourself to achieve that goal, but to also be proud of the work you’ve done to be where you are NOW.
I’m grateful that I have such a huge selection of programs to choose from and that I’ve learned everything I have about fitness and what my body can do over the past year and a half..
Just because you don’t have the same goal as me doesn’t mean you can’t do what I do. I’m spontaneous as hell and I always have a different goal friends. But whatever goal you’re trying to reach, whatever kind of fitness regime you enjoy, find a way to make it enjoyable. Find people that support you on that journey and that gas you up when you reach each milestone. That’s what I found in what I do. And that’s why I’m proud of this coach life. I couldn’t imagine another way of living.

This is what we do. This is what we love. This is the mission we share. To make the world a healthier and happier place. To take care of ourselves first and to help others know that they don’t have to be miserable while reaching their fitness goals. That they don’t have to be alone. And that fitness CAN BE FUN.
We come together virtually and in real life and we become the best versions of ourselves so we can spread that positivity to the rest of the world.
Having a fitness community has helped me become someone I never in a million years thought I could be. It’s more than just pushing play on a screen. It’s love and support—even in my darkest times.
We sweat together. We cry together. We laugh together. We get stronger together. We succeed together.
There’s nothing more empowering than having a group of girls (and guys) who can relate to you and share your goals. Side by side. FO LIFE!! And truth be told I never ever thought that I had it in me to lead such amazing, fun, and powerful fu***ng women! But when I looked yesterday at what this team has accomplished just this year, I was completely blown away and I’ve never been so damn proud to be their leader. Shout out to the strong and spirited squad! Y’all my peeps and I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without y’all!!

Instagram vs reality
Day 11/100 cardio meltttdownnnn.
This is officially the first new workout I’ve done (since I was able to get the first 10 before it even launched) and it was NOT disappointing. I felt a little defeated and had to fight myself mentally. Literally mid workout pep talks for the second block cause I promised myself I would go ALL IN with this workout (which I always do with early program launches) and I reallyyyy pushed myself. I really feel like this is gonna be the program that takes me to new heights 😍😈🔥
I have yet to share to my stories cause I’ve been SO exhausted today. (But keep watching cause you’ll see how pooped I was haha. We cleaned out the garage last night. I practically chased Mia in her carriage around the neighborhood. Did my burpee challenge I shared in my free group. Anddddd my chin up practice. And today I still have to go through my guest room and fight my hoarding ways and clear out things we don’t need.
Honestly if anyone has any advice on that I’m ALL EARS lol 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 I’m a sentimental ass person and I don’t need to be THIS much 🤣😅

Move vs modified move 🔥
I remember when I first started I was queeeeen of modifying. And initially I was a little bit ashamed of it. It was so tough for me at first. It actually wasn’t until I joined a virtual community and saw all the other ladies in there talking about modifying and encouraging me that it made me realize that you could actually still get an incredible workout without the impact! Write this down: 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐘 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘
Since I’ve become a coach I’ve seen time and time again both men and women reach their fitness goals by starting out following a modifier and many of them CONTINUE to. You don’t get stronger and you don’t change your life by burning out and quitting. You do it by challenging yourself and treating your body right. If that means starting small, start small. That’s what I did. And hopefully you’ve got people to support you on your journey. That was the main thing I was missing that completely altered my mentality. If not, hey it’s what I do.
