In a world where competition is fierce, standing out is essential.
David Garofalo, the visionary behind Two Guys Smoke Shop, knows this all too well.
His advice? “Do something different. Make a splash.”
In our latest podcast episode, David reveals how he transformed his cigar business without the help of traditional advertising.
Instead, he harnessed the power of storytelling and community through his podcast, creating a unique brand experience that resonates with customers.

🎃 Remember as kids trick-or-treating, knocking on every door, wondering if you’d get the good stuff—or just another handful of candy corn?
Your website can feel the same to visitors. Sometimes they arrive, ready for value, but leave empty-handed.
Your website isn’t just an online space—it’s your online headquarters where visitors look to see who you are and what you offer.
And just like Halloween candy, you want to give them the good stuff so they keep coming back for more!
So, how can you tell if your website is a trick or a treat?
✅ Bounce Rate: Are visitors leaving after just one page? A high bounce rate might be a sign that your site isn’t holding their attention. Aim for 41-55%.
✅ Page Load Speed: If your site takes longer than 2-3 seconds to load, visitors might lose patience and leave. Speed is key!
✅ Conversion Rate: How many visitors are turning into leads or customers? The average website converts 2-5% of its visitors—how does yours compare?
✅ Mobile Responsiveness: Over 50% of web traffic comes from mobile devices, so your site needs to look and work great on mobile too!
These are just a few of the metrics that can help you figure out whether your website is delivering what your visitors want—or if it’s time to make some tweaks.

We recently wrapped up the first round of copy for a client’s website homepage, and the feedback?
Lots of… “I like it!” 😄
The best part? We barely had to make any adjustments.
Why does this happen so often with our clients?
Because before we ever start writing, we take a deep dive into our client’s business, goals, and vision. 🌟
We don’t just skim the surface with generic questions. We go all-in, ensuring we fully understand the heart of the brand and the voice behind it.
That’s how we create copy and design that hits the mark the first time around.
This is why Marco Terry from Commercial Capital LLC said:
“We had a large, outdated, multi-country website that needed revamping. The project was complex and had a lot of moving pieces. We hired brandiD to redesign the site, and they delivered beyond our expectations.”
Our focus is always to deliver beyond expectations!

You might have a great idea, but if you’re not asking for feedback, you could be missing the mark.
If that sounds familiar, then you’re in for a revelation!
In our recent podcast episode, we’re joined by Jesse Hopps, founder of Demand Metric.
He’s helped over 8,000 clients—including industry leaders like Microsoft and Apple—and has built an amazing community of 250,000 marketing professionals.
Jesse emphasizes the importance of listening to your audience: “Everything we’ve built has been based on request.”

Remember when sharing personal, religious, or political views as part of a brand was off-limits?
Times have changed.
Today, authenticity is key to building deeper connections and growing online.
Our founder, Rachel, recently sat down with Michael from the Breakfast Leadership Show to discuss how bringing more of you into your marketing can elevate your personal brand.
Here are key insights from their conversation:
✔️Vulnerability is a powerful tool for attracting ideal clients.
✔️Being “polarizing” can actually help you connect with the right audience.
✔️The secret to making your story stand out? It’s all about connecting your experiences with your “why.”
✔️A simple exercise can help you realign with your core purpose and show up more authentically.
This is all about showing up as your most authentic self, which plays a huge role in business growth.

A few months ago, our founder, Rachel, returned from her longest trip since starting the company—3 ½ weeks in beautiful Greece!
From beach days at Glaroi Beach in Chios to a sunrise ferry ride over the Aegean, her trip was filled with unforgettable moments.
She even experienced the powerful pilgrimage to the Panagia Church in Tinos during an important Orthodox holiday.
But while the sights were incredible, one of Rachel’s biggest takeaways came from her time away from the business.
The team thrived without her being in the day-to-day. 👏
After years of building a strong team, many of whom have been with the company for over four years, Rachel realized the power of trust and delegation.
The team handled everything with ease, showing just how well they know the processes, the values, and the mission.
This experience reinforced a key lesson: sometimes you need to release control and trust the people around you.
Whether it’s business or life, trusting in the process (and the team) makes all the difference.
We love helping our clients find their unique voice and take their brand to the next level!
Just ask Shareef Abdur-Rahim, President of the NBA G League!
He shared how we helped him attract more attention and grow his brand in ways he hadn’t imagined.

With the new year right around the corner, now’s the time to think about how you can create an online presence that reflects you.
Whether it’s sprucing up your website or clarifying your brand message, we’re here to help!
If you’re ready to make 2025 your best year yet, check out the link in our bio to see how we can work together!
This might be hard to hear, but if you’re not sharing your unique thoughts—especially if they differ from the norm…
You’re missing your chance to become a real thought leader.
The online space is crowded, but your unique voice is your strongest asset.
When you hold back your true feelings, you limit your impact and don’t give others what they need.
Being a thought leader isn’t just about having a big following; it’s about having the courage to share ideas that shake things up.
It’s about being open and standing strong in your beliefs, even when they face pushback.
If you’ve hesitated to share your opinions or your story because you’re worried about what others might think, remember: your experiences matter.
They can start conversations, inspire change, and connect you with people who share your vision.
So don’t hold back. Embrace your power and let your voice shine! Your unique perspective could spark someone else’s breakthrough.
Are you caught in the trap of offering too many services?
Truth: Simplifying your offerings can lead to greater success.
Just like the well know fast food chain, In-N-Out, has a focused menu that drives profits, your brand can benefit from honing in on what you do best.
In our latest episode of The Business of You podcast, we had Ernesto Mandowsky join us, founder of The Million Dollar Machine.
He shared about the importance of focusing on one or two core offers to avoid stretching yourself too thin and enhance profitability.
During the episode, he also shared powerful insights, including how to:
✔️Increase your business potential by clearly defining your top priorities for success.
✔️Develop meaningful relationships that can propel your growth and open new opportunities.
✔️Craft messaging that captivates your audience, making sure they connect with your brand on a deeper level.
✔️Implement streamlined processes that enhance your operations and keep clients coming back for more.
If you want to discover the best systems to have in place for scaling your business while simplifying your offerings, this episode is for you!

This may come as no surprise but Rachel Gogos, our founder, has worn quite a few hats in her career—
From working at The Wall Street Journal to helping run her family’s restaurant.
Each experience added a layer to who she is and the brand she’s built today.
But how do you bring all the different parts of your journey together into a cohesive brand?
Meet Lucia Nazzaro—a media personality with a diverse background in entertainment and wellness.
She struggled to weave her many experiences into one unified, powerful brand.
With the help of the brandiD team, Lucia went through our personal branding framework that brought her varied expertise together into a cohesive brand, reflecting her creativity, passion for storytelling, and commitment to wellness.
The result? Two thriving platforms—lucianazzaro.com and wellseekers.com—where her personal and professional brand shine.
As Lucia shared: “The process provided clarity about who I am and what my brand is...and hope that these pieces really do all fit together.”
Her journey shows that no matter how varied your career may be, there’s always a way to tie the pieces together into a brand that’s uniquely you.

I truly LOVE what I do!
It all starts with a deep dive into the story of the brand, how it came to life, and understanding the when, why, where, and who behind it all. Ultimately, helping businesses and brands grow is at the core of the work.
And it’s not just me, my entire team shares this passion. We take time to understand what each client brings to the table, transforming that into an online presence that helps them thrive and expand.
Recently, I visited Nicholas Coffee + Tea Company - a 105-year-old brand that roasts all its coffee on-site with a real live roaster.
We are building out a robust online e-commerce platform to get this century-old brand into more homes around the country.
From connecting online to seeing their work in person it’s so rewarding to get to collaborate with incredible businesses like Nicholas Coffee and Tea Co.
I can’t wait to share their new website with you at the end of the month. Jordan Nicholas Nicholas Coffee and Tea Co. Coffee Lovers
