Another summer means more camping and more outdoor yoga in beautiful places for me. I rarely miss a day of yoga practice, even if it means waking up with the birds at 5am before my whole family. Quietly unzipping the tent, grabbing my mat and making my way to the least buggy spot to enjoy the magic of the sun rise and wake up with the environment around me.
I saw a mama deer and her two fawns right before this practice. Such a blessings and a gift to have these experiences.
