The duties and responsibilities include:

New patient Assessments
Supervising all home care staff
Reporting to higher management in the healthcare firm
Maintaining high standards of care for all patients
Managing patients’ data and medical records as confidential records and concurrent assessments
Communicating with patients and family members about patients care
Recruiting, training, and onboarding new home care staff
Providing ongoing education classes
Implementing new procedures and training home care staff on policies
