On Friday @alana.coppola and @sarvalisa led us through our latest yoga and sound bath workshop, focused on the solar plexus chakra. We got to pick our own tigers eye crystal and learned about the chakra while Lisa guided us through associated yoga postures and Alana treated us to the deeply healing resonant sounds of the crystal singing bowls. Join us for our next workshop in two weeks focusing on the heart chakra 💚

our soundbath and root chakra workshop tonight was nothing short of magical ❤️🔥🌹 @alana.coppola and @sarvalisa led us through an educational workshop on the root chakra with related yoga poses as we soaked in the healing vibrations of the singing bowls and ended with a niceeee long savasana and sound bath. so nice to have our community come together for this ♥️ if you joined us would love to hear about your experience in the comments!! our next workshop will feature the sacral chakra on friday, 3/1. hope you can join us!
