Important announcement for our July delivery schedule!!!

We are taking one week off towards the end of July, we haven't done this since we started and hope you can all understand! We will have more options on the prior week's menu (7/16) if you needed to have extra for the following week. Freezing our meals (excluding salads) is always an option to enjoy a later time!

- While we were growing up in the summer time, mom would make a chilled green bean salad, perfect for hot summer days!

We would blanch and chill green beans to put over a huge bed of chopped crisp romaine lettuce, top with green onions and a light refreshing balsamic dressing to drizzle over. It was perfect with grilled chicken breast for a light, refreshing summer meal!

We hand pick and chop all of the herbs for our chimichurri which we mix with fresh ginger, minced shallots, jalapeño, vinegar and olive oil. It is sooo good with the flank steak, or the potatoes, or the cauliflower… really anything. 🤤 It is definitely a fan favorite!

Our salad on the menu going out for delivery tomorrow!

This middle eastern inspired salad dressing is oil free and uses miso for its saltiness and depth! It is blended with tahini, fresh ginger, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro and lime providing layers of flavor! Tahini is an excellent base for oil free salad dressings and provides sooo much flavor!!

We topped our greens with roasted chickpeas & corn, crumbled feta, fresh cilantro leaves and za’atar sprinkled over the top (a middle eastern spice consisting of sesame seed & sumac). Some added chicken and others enjoyed as a light vegetarian option.

However you ordered yours, we hope you enjoy it!!

As always, our sauces, marinades, spice blends, etc for this menu are always made from scratch! We only use pure olive oil for cooking (sometimes sesame and coconut oil depending on the dish).

We recently switched to organic millet to use in our grain blend! It is a gluten free product and has benefits such as helping lower your blood sugar and cholesterol levels, as well as decreasing gut inflammation! 🕺🏻

Chicken satay on this week’s menu! This time around it comes with roasted Brussels sprouts for the veggie along with the jasmine rice and peanut sauce on the side.
