Maundy Thursday

The photo contains my Daddy’s script from The Living Dramatization of The Last Supper and a photograph of the group. My father played John so is sitting just left of Jesus at the table. Miss that man desperately.

Y’all! We had bad storms and tons of rain. Our street has so much water that someone decided to get the kayak out. Thank goodness we are up a little bit on our side of the street.

Thank you ladies for being so kind and listening to my stories last night. It was such a joy to hear from you on your thoughts and traditions for as well.

Good morning my sweet friends. Headed to Lindy's house today to do some spring decorating. We will go live Sunday at 4p from both my page and from Taterbuggin's page for a change of pace and lots of giggles. Hope to see you then.

Many have asked where and how I store all my holiday treasures. We have a detached garage that my sweet husband, Jody aka Mr. Magic, installed heat and air in years ago. The tubs get a special spot in there. Just finished whipping them all down, removing the tired/faded labels, and replacing with fresh new ones.

Yesterday was glorious in Memphis. Spent most of the day outside. While in the backyard, I did some minor adjustments to this simple, yet profound container garden. Isn’t the ponytail palm fabulous???

Good morning and happy Sunday. Look how gorgeous the live spring/sheep centerpiece turned out. I am tickled with it. No kitties disturbed it over night. I may be in luck. 🐈 Hope everyone enjoys this beautiful day.

As promised, here is a photo of me in the Easter bonnet. It is dated 1969. Oh the stories I have heard about my sweet Daddy trying to get gloves on those chubby little hands. 🐇💕

After yesterday’s live I headed to my Mom’s house. Jody built this gorgeous fence while I worked on her yard trimming bushes, cleaning out beds and mowing. Lots more to do, but it’s a great start.
