A BIG win for VA buyers as options have been expanded!

Just announced: VA borrowers will soon be permitted to pay the buyer’s portion of the real estate agent’s commission on the home sale.

This potentially keeps more VA borrowers in the house hunt for properties with multiple bids.

Information directly from the VA reveals there are some restrictions to the area where the Veteran is purchasing.

In the coming weeks Nations will have a better understanding of those restrictions and will announce updates prior to August 10th.
