It’s been a hot minute since I tried a TMNT, but a friend and fellow twister Michael Schalk inspired me try one again.

Since my truck got washed last night, I took the opportunity to put my years-of-service plaque and my Circle of Honor medallion on!

(They were both peel-and-stick, so it was pretty easy)

Spent Saturday morning twisting balloons for the kids (and a few adults 🤣) at SouthPoint Church’s end of school May Day celebration!

Come see me tonight at the first Music on the Square Arlington, TN of 2024! Free music, multiple food trucks, and your favorite balloon guy - it’s a win-win situation! The show starts at 7 so stop by and see me!

Fun times at BEYOND CON 2024 this past weekend!

This young lady wanted a vampire ballerina balloon and I was happy to oblige!

I got to give my Scooby Doo balloon to the current voice of Scooby, Shaggy, and Scrappy, Scott Innes! He promptly put it on his merch table for everyone to see!

Total coolness! I made a balloon crown for the King Jerry Lawler! Come see us at Beyond Con 2024!

I decided to challenge myself by trying to make a balloon Scooby Doo! I plan to give it to Scott Innes (the current voice of Scooby and Shaggy) tomorrow at Beyond Con 2024. 9-5 tomorrow, come see me!

My almost 12 year old niece Brynn told me this weekend that she would like to try some balloon twisting. I dug through my supplies and found a hand pump and a ziplock bag of balloons for her to take home with her. Her dad sent me these pics later that evening! She’s a keeper!

I had a young lady ask me for a Mermacorn this weekend. She explained that it was half unicorn, half mermaid. I’m pretty sure that this was a creation of her own imagination, but she seemed very pleased with my balloon version. Who knows, maybe I’ll add it to my list someday!

UPS is providing new badging for drivers with 10+ years of service to be mounted on our trucks that shows our name and years of service. There is also a badge for Circle of Honor. Guess who just got his badges in today!?! 😁

You can’t see year on my badge because of the glare, but it says I started with the company in 1989! (Yes, I’m old)

I’m going to be at the Sycamore View Children’s Clothing Sale all day today twisting balloons for the kiddos. I usually try to play around and experiment with new designs and ideas between taking care of the kids.

Almost time for round 2 of the Care Like King MLK Days of Service! This time I’m at the Hollywood Community Center from 2-4!

Since I’m going to be at another balloon gig, I won’t be able to be at the Sycamore View Trunk or Treat tonight. But I made sure to lend a hand this morning to set up a balloon arch and some balloon centerpieces to help the families that come tonight have an extra special time (especially since it’s supposed to be raining)! Shout out to my lovely bride for helping!

My brother-in-law challenged me to make the DeLorean from Back to the Future for a Halloween event he will be working this evening. He and his business partner will be dressing as Doc and Marty.

Tigerfest at Arlington Elementary today! I’ve actually lost count of how many times I’ve joined the festivities here, but the weather was great and I’m pretty sure the kiddos had a blast! Shout out to the AES PTA for inviting me again!
