So thankful for the opportunity to speak and demonstrate at today's luncheon with Desoto County Business Women!

Rebecca McCallum with Dark Horse Krav Maga came by for a really awesome Self Defense course for us today. Self Defense, Krav Maga, Weapons training, and Jujitsu are just a few of the classes offered at her new facility. Many more fantastic things are on the way there this summer and we are so grateful to have learned many things today that could possibly save our life or give us time to escape a terrible situation. Dark Horse Krav Maga (Dark Horse Self Defense) is opening 2 of our own facilities in Memphis! We will be able to offer classes during the day, and more evening options as well. Our first location will be open with the first class January 12! Message us for the address and class times as they become available!

Ladies Krav Maga Self-defense Class July 9 from 9am to 2pm, at Cornerstone Church in Southaven. Taught by Martial Arts Hall of Fame female instructor. Congratulations to our lead instructors, Tony McCallum and Greg "Spinner" Vaughan, on achieving their Gaduate Level 2 Certification.
I am proud to say all our lead instructors "came up through the ranks" of Krav Maga and are still progressing through them.
They all started at Level 1 just like our students. This is important when choosing where to train.

Free Ladies Self-Defense Class
To help celebrate HQ Fitness open house, we are offering 15 ladies a free Krav Maga Self-Defense class Saturday May 8 from 9-11 am. We will cover situational awareness, anti abduction, anti car jacking, choke hold defense, and more. You MUST pre register for this free class by calling 662.501.0709.

As most suspect there will be not class in Hernando tonight. Roads are just too bad.

Unfortunately with the uncertainty of road conditions this evening we are canceling class tonight in Hernando, Ms for the safety of everyone. We will resume next week as usual and can't wait to see you both again. Stay safe and warm!
