Luckily he loved it so much, he couldn't stop giggling! Even when falling over at one point, he didn't care. He wanted that crab so badly. 🦀

Backyard weddings are always some of my favorites! Emotions seem higher when it's somewhere personal and with a tight knit group, especially this one for Katrina and Alex. They decided to have a small ceremony at her dad's house and the florals from Everbloom Designs were the icing on the cake, pun intended. Congratulations!

When the rain manages to stay away and you get to have your wedding ceremony where you want! Congratulations to Audrey and Nick who tied the knot at the Overton Park Formal Gardens just like she hoped for. It felt like a handful of shoots this spring got stressful waiting to see if the rain wouldn't play spoil and this was a big one. Weddings still happen one way or another and luckily we didn't have to change locations!

A vow renewal fit for a King! Kings that is, since that's Tanya and Shaun's last name. Both love Memphis and Elvis so much, they leave their houseboat in California to come visit a couple times a year. Tanya has the brightest smile and both are so cute together. Unfortunately they lost all their original wedding photos due to a California wildfire that took their previous home. Ironically, we were close to getting rained on and luckily it held off so we could still make it happen!

Marley & Larry! So much to share for the last couple months with how crazy things have been. What's also crazy is the love between these two and those around them! We had perfect weather, perfect lighting, and a perfect venue with the Woodruff Fontaine. Marley also wore her grandmother's dress, who helped with some last second adjustments in one shot with mom looking on. You can't pass on a three-generation photo, especially as things are happening. Family and wedding party also shared time looking after their daughter and was sweet to see the attentiveness of everyone. Can't wait to get the rest edited!

Megan and Chris had the sweetest wedding downtown! The wedding party made up of their siblings and so many little personal touches with details throughout. I'm sloooooowly catching up on editing after a swamped April. Then my allergies knocked me out for a week and I'm getting back into the swing of things now. The Powells became 5 and little Sayler legally joined the family she was already a part of! I got to capture this cutie's adoption back in August and somehow didn't get around to sharing. It be like that sometimes. It definitely takes teamwork to keep a few little ones engaged inside a courtroom too!
