More progress has happened past few weeks in the Main st building where our entertainment/ Resturant called Woodchucks will be going. We are targeting an early Spring opening. 😎💪

Main St Senatobia building is well underway with the concept build out. Electrical and plumbing begins this week. We couldn’t be more excited to bring this great town some night life to enjoy within the coming months!!

Ward St property in the Senatobia Main Street district is now ready for the tenant to take over and open up shop, It’s A Deal owned by Allen Dorman .This project for us was fast moving and from the start of demo which began in July to now opening its doors the first day of September was our fastest renovation yet. The before and after is crazy.

We can’t thank those enough who have helped us along the way in our investments in downtown Senatobia MS. We now have closed on property #4!! This space is huge and right on Main St. Some have asked what the plans are and we are unsure but open to ideas as well as possible tenants. We are extremely excited for this next project 💪🔥
