Benefits : The most versatile hairstyle for every single hair texture, the half-up half-down look rarely disappoints. What we love about this style is that it can be dressed up with fun accessories like scarves, bows, or clips, or can be super dressed down in a classic scrunchie or clear elastic. And it’s very protective either sewin or glued down. Sewins last longer and can be touched up. Quick weave (glue) is usually a one time 3 week wear.

Hair Growth Vs Length Retention

Hair Growth is a natural body process but Length Retention is achieved by an individual’s conscious effort in trying to minimise breakage and reduce shedding!
Hair grows all the time for the majority of us except for those with certain medical conditions like Alopecia, Auto immune diseases, Thyroid issues or other reasons.
What are your length retention strategies?

A few of mine are:
A. Protect my hair before bed
B. Detangle gently with products that have slip
C. Reduce how often I manipulate my hair in between washes
D. Don’t use traditional towels to dry hair
