Another beautiful kitchen transformation. Although we weren’t able to add any square footage to this kitchen, a new, brighter color pallet and some can lights in the ceiling made the kitchen feel larger. We did new lvp throughout the kitchen and dining room. Painted the lower cabinets a soft shade of gray. The uppers got a coat of white. New shaker style doors and satin nickel handles. A new bookcase cabinet on the end added storage for cookbooks. New granite countertops. Some under cabinet lighting to highlight the new beautiful subway tile backsplash. A new stainless steel sink with motion activated faucet. New dishwasher, stove and over the range microwave finished off the project. Another fresh kitchen and another very happy customer.
This customer had their house built 15 years ago with the intention of finishing off this attic storage space. Fast forward and it still wasn’t finished and they were ready for it to be done.
We framed in a wall to add shelving in the back wall. Framed around the furnace. Framed in by the door to add more shelving and storage. Then framed in between the trusses to add some cabinets one side and pull out cabinets on the other side.
Finished sheet rock and paint all the way around. Added more lights in the ceiling. New lvp flooring to match the existing flooring in the house.
It turned out great.
This was a quick bathroom update. The customer had a sink that was already purchased. I built a vanity to fit the sink. Integrated the toilet paper holder into the drawer. Stained and lacquer to match existing finishes.
The sub floor had some water damage. We cut out the old floor and installed new sub floor. Installed new lvp flooring and a new toilet.
Walked away with another happy customer.
A special greeting to express to you our sincere appreciation for your business, confidence, and loyalty.
We are deeply thankful, and extend to you our best wishes for a happy and healthy Thanksgiving day.
Latest master bathroom remodel. The customer wanted a walk-in shower. The previous shower was a small 3 foot by 3 foot insert that had reached that point were no amount of scrubbing could make it look clean. The typical sheetrock peeling at the top of the insert and mildew on the ceiling from poor ventilation. We removed the insert. Removed the tub. Built and installed some cabinets in the old shower location. Put up a wall and created a walk-in shower with no curb and a linear drain in the old tub location. A rain head shower head with temperature sensing led lights that go from blue for cold to red when the water heats up. New flooring. New medicine cabinet sits on top of the fresh granite countertop and under mount sink. New mirror with craftsman style trim. Another beautiful remodel in the books.
We broke ground on an RV garage the first week of June. The garage measured 20 feet wide by 40 feet long and 18 feet tall at the peak. Stone and stucco on the facade to match the house per HOA regulations. Painted to match the stucco. 21 solar panels on the roof supplement electricity back to the house. A quick and efficient build from start to finish. Ended a week ahead of schedule and came in under budget.
This set of built in cabinets turned out beautifully. 13 feet of upper and lower storage. 18 feet of hickory desk top space. The room had a big empty wall and we filled it with plenty of usable space.
A quick update to an old fireplace. We removed the old stone shelves that were mortared in and filled in the gaps with some matching bricks. Cleaned and painted the bricks with a nice white wash. Built 6 hickory floating shelves on the sides and a 6 foot hickory mantle. The customer had a pellet stove installed to finish it off.
This shower remodel turned out beautiful. The customer had it redone 5 years ago, but there was a leak around the drain. We came in, fixed the leak, and freshened up the look. Took down half the wall to let in light and make it feel more open. New glass surround. Matching tile on the floor with a Curbless drain. A rain head shower and three body jets. Dark and heavy to light and bright.
This customer reached out because their master bedroom was a loft that was open at the top of the stairs. This didn’t provide much privacy. We built a wall that closed in the stairwell and framed in a set of double doors. A little paint and dome trim and the room looks completely new.
The Kuna Fire Department did a remodel on their building. They wanted to update the lockers in the rooms the men use to store their personal items when not on shift. There are 7 rooms with 3 lockers per room. A total of 21 lockers. They were large, but we got it done. They turned out great. The first pics are of the old lockers. Then the new lockers.
This was a quick bathroom facelift. I apologize, I forgot to take a before picture. The walls had zoo animals painted on them. The kids were grown and the zoo animals were cute, but needed to go. We painted the walls. Replaced the counter with quartz and a matching backsplash. New faucet. New medicine cabinet for storage. New light fixture. New mirror with trim. New cabinet doors and pulls. And a new cabinet above the toilet for more storage. The finished product turned out great and the customer was more than happy.
This was just a simply facelift. The customer was selling their home and needed to update the bathroom. I removed the old sinks and countertop. Built a new countertop with an updated laminate. Faced it with some maple and a clear coat. New faucets and a tiled backsplash. Simple and clean.
Thank you for supporting your local Meridian/Boise family business. We are so thankful for all our clients and extremely grateful for your referrals. May you feel of our appreciation and love this Thanksgiving season.
This customer reached out to me to build a room in his garage for a safe. He had a safe door that he had purchased a while back. I built a room 3.5 feet deep by 7 feet wide. We installed the safe door. Then wrapped the walls in faux stone. The finished product turned out really good.
Do you have a shower insert that just won’t get clean no matter how much you scrub? This customer decided she’d had enough. We pulled out the old insert. Installed new tile from floor to ceiling. Installed a new shower head with aromatherapy. A new barn style sliding glass door and swapped out the old globe light for a recessed led.
This customer had a large blank wall she wanted to utilize. She works from home and needed a better work space. We added some lower cabinets for storage. One large drawer with a built in hanging file folder. One large drawer to hide the printer. A 13 foot hickory desk top. Some upper cabinets and some open shelving. A shiplap ascent wall. Finished it off with some nice crown molding and beautiful black hardware.
A nice set of cabinets and shelves for a customer. They wanted some built in cabinets for added storage in the living room and some floating shelves. Shelves are painted to match the beams in the ceiling. The cabinets are painted to match the kitchen with matching hardware. We also added some storage in the laundry room with matching hardware.
Full master bathroom remodel. We took it from dark and outdated to bright and beautiful. The previous owner had already removed the tub. We turned it into a walk in shower. Removed the shower insert and put in a new vanity. Replaced the existing vanity with new. Replaced the old cabinets with new pantry/linen closet cabinets for added storage. New flooring. The shower features a rain head with led light that turn from blue to red as the water heats up. It was a beautiful transformation. The first pics are the before followed by the after pics.
Another beautiful kitchen remodel in the books. A simple makeover on a budget. We took the old cabinets from dark and gloomy to bright and airy. We painted the uppers a slight shade of off white. The lowers are a medium gray. Added some t-bar pulls, soft close hinges, soft close glides on the drawers, and finished it off with a simple crown molding. A little shiplap on the base cabinets dividing the kitchen and dining room. Everything turned out great. The first 3 picture are the before followed by the after pictures.
A beautiful vanity makeover. We took the two existing vanities and refaced them with birch veneer. The built another cabinet to fill in the center with three drawers. New doors and drawer faces. Slow close door hinges and drawer glides. Then finish it off with a clear satin lacquer. The first two pictures are the vanities before the makeover. The third picture is the finished vanity.
Our customer had a large empty wall that she wanted to fill. The green cabinet picture was her Pinterest inspiration. The white cabinets are the finished project.
Worth the wait. This customer waited 20 years to update her kitchen. We added new cabinet doors and white paint for a more current look. Installed new granite countertops with a granite backsplash. Board and batten to the island. Fresh paint on the walls and a new chandelier. Check out the before and afters below.
New year, new kitchen. The customer felt that her kitchen felt dark and heavy. We brightened it up with new countertops, new tile backsplash, fresh paint on the walls and cabinets. We also added a new cabinet above the fridge with a integrated wine rack.
Converted a shower insert to a walk-in shower. The customer had surgery and wouldn’t be able to step over the tub. We removed the insert, built a wall, installed new tile, a rain shower head, and two grab bars.
Helping out on a habitat for humanity home. Grateful to have the opportunity to give back, meet some amazing people, and take a break from the typical grind.
