Tonight’s dinner was my first attempt at a whole chicken in the Enameled Dutch Oven. I was so excited to taste it, that I forgot to take pictures first! Oops! 🤣 I love meals that can be made in one pot. Put potatoes in the bottom and the chicken on top. I added carrots because... you know, more! This would be an impressive meal for guests. Happy Valentines Day, my friends! I hope you had a fabulous day. I appreciate all of you! 🥰 After 19 years of marriage, my hubby and I have a pretty good rhythm. Some years we do a special meal: steak and sweet potatoes or pancakes with fresh strawberries and whip cream. Other years neither of us really want to do anything big. It's NATIONAL PIZZA DAY! Pizza is one of my all time FAVORITE foods! 😍🍕 I like almost all pizza types.
