It's been a big week for this little lady! Getting back into the groove of school after summer is never easy, but her teacher has made it a breeze! So grateful for the village we have surrounding us who love our people!!

What do you do to show the people you love that you love them?

In our family, love looks like quality time.

I choose to wake up before my kids are up and work my b***y off so I can get more time with them during the day.

Don't get me wrong, I definitely do work during the day while they play and they come to quite a few appointments with me. I'm so grateful for my kiddos. At the end of our day, we try to do something together to connect. Today it was the pool and root beer floats after dinner.

What's my favorite thing about hanging my license at ? They are completely comfortable with me determining what my work life looks like for me! Homeboy has attended every brokerage meeting with me since day 1 and everyone is always so welcoming and kind to him! He also loves to come visit Lincoln, scroll to the next page to see he and Lincoln having a stare down over a beef stick mid meeting 😆

So much fun celebrating Olive's preschool graduation! She has learned so much this yeah and we've loved her teachers! Her teachers wrote a little biography of her and read it as she walked down the stairs. At the end of the biography, she said when Olive grows up, she wants to be "a mom" 🥹🥹🥹

I have done a poor job at celebrating my clients this year and they sure deserve celebration!! This amazing couple knows the value of homeownership and they dove right in a few months ago! They picked a great home in an awesome neighborhood in order to ensure not only their success now as homeowners but also as a future rental or sale! The second we walked in any home, they would talk about their vision for it - changing cabinet or paint colors, adding different lighting, new baseboards, etc! Potential was seen in every home! Immediately upon closing on this home, they started making simple changes to make the home theirs! A fresh coat of paint and a few can lights later, they are happy homeowners!

"Hoppy" Easter! So grateful for a fun, family filled day! We've spent the last few days remembering our Savior, Jesus Christ, by attending the Mesa Temple Easter Pageant (A++) and attending our Church service this morning. The kiddos loved hunting for eggs this afternoon and the adults enjoyed a yummy Easter brunch! So grateful for my Savior, Jesus Christ, and the significance of Easter. He is Risen!

Tonight started her sourdough journey!

When's the last time you cleaned your bathtub? Growing up, my parents had "Saturday Jobs" for us and my sister and I would trade off weeks washing the bathtub! My tub isn't used often in my home now, but it still needs a good cleaning every time we host guests!

According to Better Homes and Gardens, "porcelain or ceramic bathtubs should be cleaned with either a general-purpose cleaner, vinegar and water, or a paste made from baking soda and water. Never use undiluted bleach on a porcelain tub. Undiluted bleach can remove the finish on porcelain, which "pits" the surface, making it look and feel rough. Use a stain-removing cleanser on rust.

Acrylic and fiberglass tubs do not have pores in them so they're easy to keep clean with a small amount of dish soap and water. Wipe the surface of the tub with a soft cloth for ongoing maintenance. If you, or someone in your household, use bath oils, wipe down the tub immediately after bathing to avoid scum buildup."

If you haven't cleaned your bathtub in a few weeks - dare I say months, here's your sign! Get to scrubbing! It's much easier to do routine maintenance on your house, than an extreme cleaning job one day when you're ready to sell!

The water in Arizona is so hard! If you don't have a water softener, or even if you do, you should still check your shower heads and faucets every year or so and clear out the buildup! According to Better Homes and Gardens, the best cleaning method for shower heads and faucets depends on the material.

To remove lime from showerheads made with chrome, stainless steel, or other protected metal surfaces, fill a plastic bag with white vinegar. Attach the bag over the showerhead with a rubber band. Wait one hour, then remove the bag of vinegar and turn on the shower to flush away the vinegar and sediment. Polish with a soft cloth.

For fixtures with oil-rubbed bronze or brass finishes, it is often recommended that you use only water for cleaning. This is especially true of fixtures with "living finishes" that are intended to change over time. Refer to the manufacturer's care instructions since cleansers can damage a specialty surface. And if in doubt, always test a cleaning product on an inconspicuous part of the fixture so that any damage to the finish is hard to spot.
