According to the Cromford Report, locally we are headed back into a Supply/Demand issue where our home prices are starting to go up because our inventory is going down.

So, buyers it is time to get out there and purchase now if you are not wanting to compete over list price increases. Once rates drop, we will be headed back into a frenzy. Marry the house, date the rate. Refinance later.

Sellers, you are still going to get great offers on your home if you hire a professional to list your home at the right price.

Let's talk staging. I'm sharing 5 key elements of a well-staged kitchen. The kitchen is "the heart of the home" so this is a great opportunity to appeal to potential buyers. 🏡

If you're staging your kitchen (or just want a refresh for yourself), try adding in these elements:
1. Let in the light: Clean the windows and open the blinds to show off natural light. Put a small lamp on your countertop for some extra ambience. ☀️
2. Clear countertops: Show off counter space by storing away appliances and extra kitchen gadgets. Less is more when it comes to counters.
3. Storage space: Show off storage space by pairing down and decluttering drawers and cabinets. Buyers will be looking here!
4. Cohesive items: If you have open or glass cabinets, make sure anything on display matches.
5. Fresh scents: Plug in a diffuser and bring in fresh flowers or a plant 🍋
