Quick Creatine Monohydrate Breakdown!! 🏆Creatine Monohydrate is one of the OG forms! Very very reputable and many case studies on its efficacy! Like positive, there’s also negatives I didn’t mention on the video but I always make sure you know or are aware of them if you’re shopping in person. Creatine can be taken in any phase of your Journey (bulking/ cutting) BUT before you kill me, creatine will make you absorb/retain water hence making the scale not move the right direction and making it seem as if YOURE not losing weight . IF YOU KNOW YOURSELF, IF YOU KNOW THE # ON THE SCALE DEFINES YOU, ❌Then I would not recommend taking creatine but it does have many muscle building benefits and advantages.
