With today’s fuel only lasting 4-6 weeks, it is so important to properly maintain and store your equipment so that it continues running reliably all year long. If you used a generator after Hurricane Ida and there is still fuel in the tank, then you will definitely want to have it “winterized” so that it doesn’t break down and “gum up” the jets of the carburetor.
