80-90% of financial advisors close their firm within the first three years of business. This means only 10-20% of financial advisors are ultimately successful. This month I celebrate 17 years in business and let me be the first to share that it is only by the grace of God that has kept me. My top three highlights of my career are:
(1) My ability to manage my work schedule to balance the needs of my family and the demands of my clients.
(2) I get to work with clients all over the country.
(3) The opportunity to impact the next generation of financial advisors.
