Process of installing a 5 panel impact sliding door to enclose balcony. At TISW- we do NOT cut sliding glass door tracks to fit in service elevators. We either use a scaffold to deliver them or bring them up manually via method of Rope Hoist (as shown in video). This is a 3 track sliding door system to provide the enclosed balcony feel but also gives you the flexibility to open panels “2, 3, and 4” for the outdoor balcony feel.
Bay window installations at Key Colony, Key Biscayne are in process. Choose between white interior frames and Dark Bronze interior frames. TISW Crew chiefs’ Nick and Mario are experts at these installations.
