Hey guys...I'm super excited to announce my 3 Duplexes in Ocala went sale pending at full price to an all cash buyer in 11 days!

Not an easy thing to accomplish in this high interest rate environment, but it was my Digital Marketing System that brought the right buyer at the right time.

Now only did I find the right buyer, buy I was able to generate over 200 new buyers what to invest in the same Duplex, so I'm meeting with my builder tomorrow to acquire more land and get ready to scale and provide these amazing Duplexes that are in such high demand.

The good thing about Commercial Properties as an Investor is that the tenants are business owners, and they pay a triple net lease where the tenants pay all of the property tax, insurance, and maintenance instead of the owner of the building.

With the Residential Multi-Family properties, the owner pays all of the property taxes, insurance, and maintenance.

Now I'm super pumped to build and provide these amazing Indoor Pickleball Courts with a healthy cafe that serve protein smoothies and a lounge area for people to socialize.

These Indoor Pickleball Courts are in high demand and have a very high cash flow for my investors due fact that it's the fastest growing sport in the nation!

There's even a Pro Major League that Tom Brady and LeBron purchased and the fastest growing age bracket for Pickleball is ages 18-34! That means huge long term growth with this sport.

There's a Indoor Pickleball Court here in Orlando and I met with the owner and I'll be working with him to build him a new building and expand his courts.

He said they generate over $40K per month from his old building with no cafe.

This a straight up pure cash flow opportunity with very minimal overhead. Pretty crazy the cash flow it generates.

I'll be focusing on the Southeast and the Northern and Northeast states that can benefit the most from these Climate Controlled facilities during hot summers and cold winters.
