"I am Stephen Fry and I am a Jew… loving this country as I do, I don’t believe most Britons are okay living in a society that judges hatred of Jews to be the one acceptable form of racism. So, speak up, stand with us." This has made us rather tearful. Support Stephen Fry and his message of unity and standing up to hate by streaming his new film WILLEM & FRIEDA, receiving its International Premiere online at the 2024 Miami Jewish Film Festival and streaming nationwide. Dear friends, So many of us are still reeling from the shock, the grief, the anger, and the despair from this tragedy that continues to unfold in Israel. In this terrible time, we must hold close to community, seeking each other out with kindness and resolve. Last night, we all came together in solidarity for Israel and in tribute to Yahav Winner, a young Israeli filmmaker who tragically lost his life during Hamas' barbaric attack. It was a night full of tears as well as celebration, pain as well as healing. And next week will bring more opportunities to join together, to hold each other up in these terrible times, and to keep our hearts and our prayers and our efforts facing eastward. And the week after, and the week after that. Am Yisrael Chai
