Our company OWN hosted a Tony Robbins Peak Performance Workshop, conducted by Brian Mayoral. We had over 100 attendees, representing our firm, as well as other local businesses. Special thanks to Jessica Samo and her team with Rockhill Management for providing the venue. Also thanks to Aaron Licardo with Dirt Restaurant for providing the refreshments and Seth Browarnik with World Red Eye for providing the photographers. Additionally, thanks to Brian Mayoral with Tony Robbins, for delivering a stellar and inspirational presentation and his assistant Summer Striler for organizing things. We would also like to recognize our OWN company associates who were able to attend Nathalie Fernandez, Alexis Zdanow, Shahrzad Etaat and Cristina Garriga. Also we were glad to see our clients Mariana Godinez, Andres Raydan and the team from Tiniciti Pre-school in attendance. Lastly, we were pleased to have so many other local business owners and representatives in attendance such as Wladimir Calderon, Branch Manager of Wells Fargo Bank here on Brickell Avenue, Carlos Correcha-Price with Edelman PR and his team, Ricardo Michelangeli and Jimmy Maheux with RMG Staffing, Yana Manotas with Manotas Law, Marlene Usallan and her team from Essence Corp Cosmetics, Lonnie Cox with Hastings & Hastings Staffing, Kyleigh McCollam with Cest Le Style, Attorney Pascal Michel, Francisco Ramirez with Loopnet and Costar and many more. There were so many things that we learned in the one hour presentation. A couple of things which I was able to take home with me, were that limiting beliefs are dream killers and the difference between a person who is unsuccessful or successful in life, are patterns and hunger. Fear lives within all of us, it is a defense mechanism, but the key is to have your drive be stronger than your fear.
