Hello to my Family, Friends and Followers hope everyone is having a wonderful day. Sorry it's been some time for me to be posting but decided to consintrate on myself. So that said here we have a Beautiful Vegetarian dish.

The sky has no limit to what Chef Scottie and his Team can create for that special occasion or event. I'm in the process of writing a cookbook and getting my barbecue sauces and rub into your grocery stores.
Wanted to share with you all a Beautiful piece of Porkbutt on the bone perfectly Smoked to perfection. Soon in my cookbook I'll share how you all can experience the same Delicious plater of Delicious smoked Meats, Chicken, Fish, Vegetables and even some creative desserts all on the smoker and Grill!!! Hello and wanted to say hello to my Family and Friends. One update I'm changing my Company name to Scott's Kitchen. It's also the same name of my cookbook I'm finishing up on. More of that coming very soon. So please bare with me I'll be updating my Business Cards also. Pretty much the same design and will add an updated picture other than my graduation picture. Welcome back to Scott's Kitchen, To all of my Polish friends and Chicagoans "Veso Wego Alleluia!!" (Happy Easter) to all of my Family, Friends and Followers. I hope you all had a wonderful day with your families. Today I'm just finishing up some school work and decided to go old school. I first took this beautiful leg of Lamb from New Zealand :-) Too based it in a aromantic pesto than cooked it low and slow. I'm serving with boiled red potatoes topped with some pesto I set aside, and finally some beautiful fresh string beans.

Hello and welcome back to Scott's Kitchen. Hope my Family, Friends and Follower's had a wonderful weekend. Last weekend I had catered for a buddy of mine and we all had a great time. I very much enjoy putting smokes on people's faces and meeting new people and sharing my delicious creations. One of the many dishes I had made along with some Smoked Beef Brisket, Bostonbutts (Pulled Pork) a d Grilled Chicken and some Smoked Salmon. Here we have a beautiful Seasoned and Open Flamed Grilled, Turkish paddy served in a grilled Pita-Pocket topped with a Tangy Sourcream and Cherry-Tomato mixed with Greek-Yogurt. Hello everyone and welcome back to Scotts Kitchen, I hope my Family, Friends and Followers are having a Wonderful Weekend! Especially everyone out in Chitown!! I hope it's warming up. This evening I've made something a little different for a change. We have here Smoked and Grilled Salmon. Along with Grilled Kieser Burger Buns. Served with a Beautiful Dijon mustard spread. Stacked on them of Mixed Greens and Avacados and some without. The whole entire meal has incredible lite smoke taste too them all.

I have some Ribs, Beef Brisket and Boston Butt. The Boston o pulled all apart with a fork and served out of the bowl. Made little sliders for a I had taken last Semester.

I have been busy with school and a few catering gigs and yes my cookbook, also been working on another project a good friend of mine suggested I start. Moew to that and I'll fill you in soon enough.
