Our Story
In the the late 70’s when I left the service, I got hooked on computers and my very first computer was the Commodore 64 then shortly after that a kaypro. Hacking the computers on what they could do regardless what the manufacture said became a interesting game. Over those 1980’s - 1990’s yrs software for business was scarce, so, you had to write your own even fixing it as computer techs were few. I’m not sure when, but, somewhere in those mayhem yrs Computer-Ease of Michigan City was born, not planned by no means, it was the gentle push of my wife.
So, we grew and took every course available from the computer manufacture to be certified and a few collage courses, forever increasing CEoMC knowledge pool. All the computers that are fix on the bench has a 24 hr turn around, during this time the computer is giving a minimum of 14 hrs continue running and testing the Operating System for flaws, overheating and battery life (if it’s a laptop). Our main service is bringing the shop to to your house or business this makes it it easy for you and me.
