Amma Traditional Japanese Massage is a kind of bodywork based on the principles of Chinese medicine & is more than 5,000 years old! The aim of this treatment is to restore and promote health through the correction of imbalances within an individuals Qi or Meridian System.

In Chinese philosophy, Qi is the circulating life force through the body. When this life force is restricted, it is the reason for much dis-ease we experience.

This bodywork heals at a deeper level to prevent further dis-ease and illness and promote general wellbeing.

What is lightwork?

I believe that the separation between light and dark is dissolving. It is no longer a concept that we need to reinforce.

We are moving into a Unity Consciousness, where the higher frequencies are all One.

I am here, as a Lightworker, to vibrate at a frequency that allows for Unity.

The energies I work with go beyond Dark & Light.

They go into Oneness.

I am one of the only practitioners of The Reconnection in Vermont. This is a practice founded by Dr. Eric Pearl, and quite simply, it is a return to Wholeness.

In my experience, the practitioner is facilitating a connection between the client and “all that is.” There is a moment where the “light” goes on. And there is a shift.
